Do you make and print the items in house?
The majority of items we offer are manufactured by the industry experts in thier own field as the range we offer is huge, we are promotional distributers and wholesalers but we do produce and manufacture some items .
We work very closely with the industry leaders to ensure you are completely satified

How do we get our artwork to you? We accept most formats including EPS, PDF,JPG and Illustrator There is also a dedicated team of graphic designers just in case you need some expert guidance and a design right from scratch.
There is a charge if we design & complete your artwork for you

We or our representative will always contact you to discuss your artwork once you place your order and do our best to guide you through the process and of course send you a final proof for your acceptance

But we need our goods fast? Its ok we understand sadly not everything is available super quickly but we do have a selection of promotional products that are normally available from 5 days.

What are the types of printing its all a bit confusing ?

screen printing thats pretty much used on promotional pens, flat plastic items and PU, and its also common on clothing, normally printed T-shirts. The ink gets squeezed through a (screen)
which is actually the stencil which has your design on it.

Litho ,Laser or Digital printing Normally used on promotional items with inserts like keyfobs, coasters, and many other desktop items etc
Litho print will be produced using CMYK colours .

Pad Printing This is an ink applied method,great for curved shapes.ink is placed directly onto your product by using a rubber pad.

Engraving Widely used in the industry for crystal, metal and of course glass products to achieve lasting high quality finish.

Laser engraving One of the most accurate systems to replicate intrecate designs.

Blocking Used mainly in the production of printed leather items. A die made of metal is stamped onto the item under high regulated presssure,gold or silver foil is widely used

Embroidery Years ago believe it or not this was hand done by craftsmen. Now of course in the computerised age the bespoke computerised embroidery machinery is capable of high speed and endless colour possibilities,you can achieve great effects selecting this method.

Die Stamping very widely used on products like stainless steel or similar metals. Just the same as blocking, a high strength die is stamped under high pressure which will leave an impression .

I hear the word origination a lot? it simply means the set up of the equipment thats required for the job; and can also be the cost of setting up or creating a die or block or something thats needed for your specific job in say a fridge magnet shape that you specifically wanted (so then a die would be made to suit) .

Will my colours be exactly the same as the ones I supply?
Colours are of course matched as accurately as possible;but there are points to remember like some colours and shades will differ slightly it really does depend on the material,texture etc .
