Terms & Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time on this Website at our discretion.
Any person not accepting our terms and conditions should not continue to use this Website.
Use of our Website indicates your agreement to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
All items contained in our website and downloadable brochure are intended merely to give a general idea of the goods available and are offered subject to availablity e&oe accepted and shall not form part of any contract.
Delivery And Risk
Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Seller shall not be liable for failure to delivery within the time quoted.
Delivery of the goods to the stipulated place of delivery shall constitute delivery to Buyer.
All risk in the goods shall pass to Buyer on such delivery.
Time of delivery is not of the essence and Plastics Direct will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Purchaser in consequence of any failure to deliver within such time or by such date or in consequence of the delay howsoever caused
All discrepancies must be notified to Plastics Direct in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Transfer of Property
Property in the goods shall remain with Plastics Direct until payment is received in full .
Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser from the time of despatch to the Purchaser or its agent
No responsibility whatsoever for such shortages will be accepted by Plastics Direct in the event of failure by the Purchaser to notify us of the same within 24 hours.
Goods damaged in transit should not be accepted or signed for from the carrier and no credit will be given for or replacements made of Goods accepted and signed for from the carrier that are in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and include free UK mainland delivery (excluding items over 800 gms to the following locations, Highlands,Offshore Islands N Ireland,Ireland) or any other zones as defined by our carriers as those requiring an extra delivery charge because of location, volume or volumetric wieght charges due to the zone not being classed as normal UK mainland delivery rate.
If you are unsure and you are located offshore or Highlands please contact us for delivery rates as many smaller items do not incur any extra charges if sent by Royal Mail
If for any reason the Purchaser is unable to accept delivery when due, the Goods will be held at the local delivery depot if sent by carrier for a 3 day period ,if not collected or arrangements are put in place for re delivery by carrier the goods will be returned to the place of despatch, stored at the Purchaser's risk until customer arranges re delivery, Plastics Direct reserves the right to make an additional charge for any extra transportation required due to non delivery and failure to accept delivery.
Plastics Direct will not be liable for any damage, loss, costs, or expenses suffered by the Purchaser as a result of any downtime from our website for any reason whatsoever.
Force Majeure
Without prejudice to any other of these conditions, the Seller shall be under no liability for delay or non performance of any obligations hereunder due to any circumstances whatsoever beyond our control.
Law
Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these Conditions shall be in writing addressed to that other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such address as may a the relevant time have been notified pursuant to this provision to the party giving that notice.
This contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with it.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a Legal Agreement between you (either an individual person or a single legal entity or company, who will be referred to in this EULA as "You") and Plastics Direct Uk Ltd a company ltd and registered in england and wales , Software products identified as ©Keyring Creator, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, "online" or electronic documentation, and Internet-based services ("Software").

2. Software License The license assumes that a single user can use one registered copy of the Software on one machine, we may at our sole discretion only allow a second machine to be used from the same ip address free of charge.
3. License Grants (a) You may install and use the Software for any legal purpose on up to a maximum of 2 computers as defined by the licensing terms ,varying according to the number of paid licenses purchased .
(b) You may not distribute any version of the Software, as the software is activated for your personal use only.
(c) Your license rights under this EULA are non-exclusive.
4. License Restrictions (a) You may not make or distribute copies of the Software, or electronically transfer the Software from one computer to another or over a network.
(b) You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the Software or any images contained within the software, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software.
(c) Unless otherwise provided herein, you may not rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
d) Other than with respect to a downloaded trial of the Software, you may not, in any manner, transfer, sell or give away this software to another person, business or entity.
(e) All images and designs contained within the software remain ©Copyright Plastics Direct UK Ltd and may not be removed from the software or copied , scanned,or digitally re mastered in any way by whatever means .

5. Refunds Policy You can thoroughly evaluate the Software usefulness and functionality by downloading the program free to evaluate before making a purchase. we offer you the facility to try the software first so so you can decide if it will be of use before purchace.
As per distance selling regulations for ecr downloads no refunds are available for any purchase of the Software.
6. Upgrades We agree to provide all paid and existing purchasers of our software a free upgrade to ver 2 of ©Keyring Creator software when released .

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. AUTHOR IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES, UPGRADES OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR THE SOFTWARE.
