Free Shipping applies to all online orders if your postcode is classed as a standard UK mainland postcode (as defined by our carriers - see map below).
Only orders placed on line qualify for free UK mainland carriage. Please note that all telephone orders, or orders received by post, will incur a minimum charge of £5 + VAT per carton/package, so please order online for the best rates.
The above is subject to some exclusions, i.e. Highlands & Islands postcodes (e&oe - please see further details below).
Orders are shipped via courier or Royal Mail, as defined by weight. Items over 2kgs are normally shipped by courier if the destination is classed as normal UK mainland.
Orders are despatched daily in accordance with our delivery manifests and Royal Mail logs.
Delivery And Risk
Many items arrive next day. However, we ask that you allow three working days for delivery from despatch.
Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver within the time quoted.
Please note that we cannot offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery service, though some postal and courier deliveries may be made on a Saturday. Unfortunately a Sunday delivery service isn't possible.
Delivery of the goods to the stipulated place of delivery shall constitute delivery to the Buyer.
All risk in the goods shall pass to Buyer on such delivery.
Whilst we endeavour to expedite shipments as fast as possible, time of delivery is not of the essence, and Plastics Direct will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Purchaser in consequence of any failure to deliver within such time, or by such date, or in consequence of the delay howsoever caused.

UK Mainland orders are Free delivery, if classed as a normal postcode zone*, outwith Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please see below for exceptions.
The following exclusions may apply to your deliveries:
If you are located on an offshore island, in the Scottish Highlands postcode area, or any zone or postcode classed as non-standard UK mainland zone, as defined by our carrier (also including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands Isle of Man, etc and Republic of Ireland), we regret that there may be an extra carriage charge before delivery. This is due to Highland zone and offshore limitations imposed by all parcel carriers. We will normally contact you to advise you of any extra costs that will be extra to your calculated price and is normally only based on heavier items.
Please note: We may still be able to offer you normal delivery to Highlands, Northern Ireland, and any offshore Scottish islands if your order is under a defined weight limit (2kgs).
In this case your items may still be sent by Royal Mail, who at this time make no extra surcharge for Highlands of Scotland or Offshore Scottish Islands. Parcels sent by post using this method may take up to 4 days to reach the Highlands.
(For example... if you order 50 budget keyrings there is no extra charge to the Highlands or Northern Ireland - just the normal delivery that will be shown - BUT if you order a heavier figure of around 250 keyrings or more, and your postcode is shown below, there will be an extra carriage charge. Please call and we can talk you through the options).

Please note that recipients outside the UK will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This is managed by our carriers on a 'Pay on delivery' basis. Sometimes consignments may be subject to delay, due to customs, weather or other factors beyond our control. The customer is responsible for providing all information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
Please note that we are unable to refund any duty paid on any items returned to us either faulty or unsuitable as this is a contract between the purchaser and their own county Customs and Excise department or local equivalent.
